After finishing 4th in 2024/25, the Custom Fluidpower Mudcrabs have reloaded strongly and look primed to shake up the competition. Smart draft selections, proven experience and a winning coach returning has this group firmly in the conversation.

The Mudcrabs struck gold with their first selection, snapping up Corey Stroud ā a former Proserpine Junior Pitbull now attending Nudgee College in Brisbane. Corey recently represented Mackay Whitsunday U18s, has been selected in the North QLD U18 squad to face South QLD in April, and starred at the NQ Alliance U18 Tournament with an unbeaten 120 off 116 balls vs Far North QLD. One of the most exciting knocks in the tournament.

The Mudcrabs welcome back former player and Porters Mitre 10 T20 Smash title winner with both the Mudcrabs and Kingfishers. A highly respected junior coach, Butters recently worked with the CQ Infernos U15s in Brisbane and now returns to guide the next generation.
